Other device setup:
VPN for Windows
Step 1: Open Network settings
Open “System Preferences” and select “Network” on the left.
Step 2: Add VPN configuration
Click “…” at the bottom right, select “Add VPN Configuration”, then choose “L2TP over IPSec” in the menu.
Step 3: Enter your VPN details
On the Settings page, enter the following information:
Display name: Enter BaospotVPN .
Server address: Enter BaospotVPN connection IP address.
Account name: Enter BaospotVPN user name.
User authentication: Select “Password” and enter BaospotVPN password.
Machine authentication: Select “Shared Secret” and enter BaospotVPN key.
Step 4: Configure options
On the Options tab, check the following and click “Create” to finish VPN setup:
- Send all traffic over VPN connection
Step 5: Finish setup and connect
In the VPN list, select BaospotVPN , then click “Connect”.
Step 6: Verify your VPN connection and location
After connecting, the VPN settings page will show BaospotVPN as connected.
Open your browser and visit the following websites to check whether your IP address and location match the information supplied with your VPN:
Check that the displayed IP address and location match your VPN information to confirm a successful connection.
Following these steps should allow you to set up and connect to the BaospotVPN service. If you encounter any issues, return to Settings to review and re-enter the correct VPN details, or contact technical support.
